What is Dija?
Dija delivers groceries and other household items to your door in 10 minutes.
Is there a minimum spend?
No, there is no minimum spend required with Dija.
Where do you deliver?
We currently operate in London, Paris and Madrid, but we’ll be expanding to new cities and countries in the near future. To see if we deliver to your area, download the Dija app and type in your address.
Is there a delivery fee?
We charge a flat delivery fee of 1.79 for each order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. We process all payments through checkout.com to ensure the highest standards.
I have a £10 voucher, how do I redeem it?
Once you complete your shop and proceed to the checkout page, you’ll see a field that allows you to insert a promo code.
How do referral codes work?
After you place your first order with us, you’ll receive an email with a unique referral code.
To refer a friend, simply share your unique referral code, which will give them £10 off their first purchase above £15. Once the code is redeemed, you will also receive an additional £5 voucher via email for your next order above £10. Make sure to apply the code at the checkout. Everyone wins.
My first delivery took longer than 10 minutes, how do I claim my free delivery?
It’s very rare that we miss the 10 minute mark, but if we do, we’ll offer you free delivery for the next 3 months.
If this has happened to you, please email us at email@example.com and include your email address and order number. Once someone from our team has reviewed your case, we’ll send you an email with a promo code for 3 months free delivery.
There was something wrong with my order, what can I do?
First off, we’re really sorry to hear this. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what went wrong. We’ll get it sorted in no time.
I can’t track my delivery driver, what can I do?
Please call the number on your delivery confirmation page and our customer support team will get right on the case for you.
Can my order be redelivered?
I’m afraid we’re not able to redeliver orders at this time. Please contact email@example.com and let us know what went wrong. We’ll get right on the case.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we’re unable to process re-deliveries. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what went wrong, along with a photo if necessary. Please note that if our rider has left our store we’re unable to refund the delivery cost. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim for refunds to be processed within 24 hours, but it can take up to 10 working days. If you’d like to request a refund, please contact email@example.com and we’ll get right on the case.
As part of this promotion, Dija aims to ensure an order arrives at your delivery address within 10 minutes of our order confirmation (‘10 Minute Guarantee’). If it arrives later than 10 minutes after our order confirmation (‘Late Delivery’), we will refund you the delivery charges paid for the order. We track the time our riders arrive at the delivery address by GPS via our Platform. The time our rider arrives at the delivery address is calculated and decided by us in our absolute discretion.
Our 10 Minute Guarantee does not entitle you to a refund if Late Delivery occurs as a result of your actions. This includes Late Delivery occuring because the delivery address you gave is incorrect or you ask to make changes to the order after it is confirmed.
In the event we contact you to arrange substitutes or replacements, delivery time will be calculated from when any amended order is confirmed to you.
You will need to contact us in order to claim under our 10 Minute Guarantee. If we calculate Late Delivery has occurred, we will automatically refund the delivery charges to the credit or debit card you used to pay for the order. Refunds may take 3-5 days to show in your account.
Our 10 Minute Guarantee is for promotional purposes only and does not amend our Terms of Service in any way. Time is not of the essence and any Late Delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order.
UEFA Euro Competition
From the 11th of June to the 11th of July we will hold a special Euro competition. This competition will have the following prizes:
The prizes will be communicated by email or phone call on the 12th of July. All vouchers are untransferable.
In order to participate, users will need to purchase at least 3 times during the length of the competition. Every additional shop at Dija will increase the chances to win one of the prizes.
