What is Dija?

Dija delivers groceries and other household items to your door in 10 minutes. 

Is there a minimum spend?

No, there is no minimum spend required with Dija.

Where do you deliver?

We currently operate in London, Paris and Madrid, but we’ll be expanding to new cities and countries in the near future. To see if we deliver to your area, download the Dija app and type in your address. 

Is there a delivery fee?

We charge a flat delivery fee of 1.79 for each order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. We process all payments through checkout.com to ensure the highest standards. 

I have a £10 voucher, how do I redeem it?

Once you complete your shop and proceed to the checkout page, you’ll see a field that allows you to insert a promo code. 

 

There was something wrong with my order, what can I do?

First off, we’re really sorry to hear this. Please contact support@dijanow.com to let us know what went wrong. We’ll get it sorted in no time. 

I can’t track my delivery driver, what can I do?

Please call the number on your delivery confirmation page and our customer support team will get right on the case for you. 

 

Can my order be redelivered?

I’m afraid we’re not able to redeliver orders at this time. Please contact support@dijanow.com and let us know what went wrong. We’ll get right on the case. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we’re unable to process re-deliveries. Please contact support@dijanow.com to let us know what went wrong, along with a photo if necessary. Please note that if our rider has left our store we’re unable to refund the delivery cost. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We aim for refunds to be processed within 24 hours, but it can take up to 10 working days. If you’d like to request a refund, please contact support@dijanow.com and we’ll get right on the case.

Can I invite my friends to join Dija? (Referral Programme)

You can now invite your friends to Dija and get rewarded for it! Once you complete your first order with us, you will receive a unique referral code in your inbox within 24h. 

Invite your friends to join Dija and make sure that they use your referral code on their first purchase, you will all win. They will get £10 off on their order (if they shop £15 or more) and you will get rewarded with a £10 off discount for your next order (if you buy £15 or more). You can refer as many friends as you want on Dija.

Net Promoter Score Survey - £25 Amazon Gift Voucher : T&Cs

In order to continuously evaluate and improve our service to our customers, you may receive an email from us asking to feedback on your recent order experience. As a thank you for completing that survey we will enter you into a monthly prize draw to win an Amazon voucher.

Each month, there will be three voucher prizes:

  • One £25 voucher for individuals that completed a recent order and filled out a survey in the UK.
  • One €25 voucher for individuals that completed a recent order and filled out a survey in France.
  • One €25 voucher for individuals that completed a recent order and filled out a survey in Spain.

The draw will take place in and around the 15th of each month, with the winners communicated to via the email associated to their account within 7 days following that draw. The Amazon e-voucher will be included in that email.

Entrants for each month will include all individuals that were sent a survey link to the email address associated to their account and then successfully completed the survey to the end during the preceding 30 days . There will be only one entry per customer account included in each draw.

Dija members of staff are ineligible for the prize draw.
